Terms of Use
These terms govern your use of this website. By using the site you accept them. The site is an independent reference publication of statistics computed from public U.S. Department of Labor disclosure files; it is not a government website and it is not affiliated with the Department of Labor.
Use of the data
The underlying disclosure data are public records published by the U.S. government. The computations, page texts and organisation on this site are our editorial work. You may cite figures from this site in your own work provided you attribute them to this site and to the underlying DOL OFLC LCA disclosure files, and provided you carry the period and the certified-case basis of the figure with the number. Automated scraping that imposes an unreasonable load on the site is not permitted.
Accuracy
We compute every figure from the published files under the rules stated in the methodology and we correct demonstrated errors, but we do not warrant that any figure is error-free, complete or current for any particular purpose. Filing data contain errors made at filing time that no downstream computation can detect. Nothing on this site is legal, immigration, tax or career advice, and no figure here should be relied on as a statement of what any individual worker is or was paid.
No professional advice
Explanations on this site describe a public data system in general terms. They are not a substitute for advice about a specific situation. Immigration outcomes turn on facts that are not in the disclosure data and not on this site, and anyone facing a filing deadline, a request for evidence, a wage question on a live case or a dispute about pay should consult a qualified immigration attorney or the Department of Labor's own published guidance rather than relying on a reference website.
Names and trademarks
Employer names appear on this site as recorded in public filings, to identify the filer of those records. Their appearance is not an endorsement of this site by the named organisation, and no affiliation should be inferred. Product and company names that are trademarks belong to their owners. If you represent an organisation and believe a name has been misattributed between two distinct filers, contact us with the filing evidence and we will review the grouping under the correction process described on the contact page.
Availability and changes
We may update, restructure or remove pages as new disclosure files are published or as errors are corrected, without notice. Page addresses are intended to be stable across editions, and figures are always labelled with the period and retrieval date of the edition that produced them. Continued use of the site after terms are updated constitutes acceptance of the updated terms for future use.
Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude liability for losses arising from reliance on figures or explanations on this site. If any part of these terms is unenforceable, the remainder continues in effect. These terms may be updated by posting a revised version on this page.
